Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of booking with us. Acceptance by you on this booking is your acknowledgement that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please advise your consultant of any special requirements you may have such as special meals, seating requests or medical requirements.

If you do not fly and do not notify the airline at least 24 hours prior to the flights scheduled departure time, your paid fare may be forfeited by the airline or may incur additional charges.

Check in:

For Domestic flights, you should check in a minimum of 90 minutes before your flights scheduled departure. Check in counter at the airport will close one hour before the flight departure time.

For International flights, you should check in a minimum of 3 hours before your flights scheduled departure. Check in counter at the airport will close one hour before the flight departure time.

Re-confirmations:

We always recommend our passengers to reconfirm flights 72 hours prior to each departure, it is our recommendation that you check your flight departures and arrivals from the airlines directly while going out and coming in to Australia, as the airlines Schedule may change any moment. For Special request (hotel confirmation, meal and seat preference, special assistance, wheel chair request) are subject to airline confirmation and need to reconfirm from agency at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Changes to your flight:

It is your responsibility to contact the airline or our consultant prior to departure to ensure there is no change to the schedule departure time. We aware our customers of any such changes but will not be liable for any costs incurred if contact has not been made.

Passports:

Please ensure that your passport has at least six months validity from date of return to Australia as a valid passport is required to travel internationally.

You need to ensure that the first name, middle name and last name provided to us for your reservation are exactly the same as they appear on your passport. For any amendment on name will incur name changes penalty and sometimes incur cancellation and re-booking fees.

Visa and Documentations:

Please check visa condition and passport status before flying to your destinations even in course of transit. We do not advise on any sort of visa information about any country. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate documentations including visas. Please ensure all visa requirements have been met prior to your journey.

The Government of the United States of America has announced new and more detailed immigration and entry procedures for all travellers who are not citizens of the USA or Canada. If you are eligible, you can apply for and obtain approval under the Visa Waiver Program; or if you are not eligible for the Visa Waiver Program, you must apply for and obtain a visa as per the usual USA visa process. If you wish to travel under the Visa Waiver Program, you must “pre-register” your intention to enter the USA at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure. If you do not obtain approval to travel by one of the above mechanisms, you will not be able to board your flight to the USA. Please visit USA ESTA for more information.

Travel Insurance:

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended by the department of foreign affairs and trade for all overseas travel.

Baggage Allowance:

For details of the baggage allowance applicable of your class of service and your chosen carrier, please contact your consultant or airlines direct.

General Rules for Baggage allowance:

International (Australia to Asia/Europe/Africa/Middle East) – 20 Kg International (Australia to USA/Canada) – 23 kg of 1 piece or 2 pieces International (Australia to New Zealand) – 0 kg.

Domestic within Australia: 0 kg. Charges will be applicable for additional baggage. Infants are allowed to carry only 10 kg for international long-haul trip and nil baggage for short haul flights.

Re-issue Fee:

If any issued ticket which require a change, such as, date change, reissue fee will apply, at a fee of AUD 50 per ticket per change plus consolidator fee of AUD 22.00 any reissue fee, fare difference, tax difference payable to the airline. If travel has commenced and ticket requires reissue, airlines may charge additional fees and taxes, or local office fees.

Refund/Cancellations :

A refund/re-issue admin fee will applies for all bookings in addition to any airlines/wholesalers fees. All tickets have restrictions and limitations regarding validity. Many discounted airfares are NON REFUNDABLE.

All cancellations terms and conditions are governed by the airlines booked for services. After confirmation, any cancellation of any component of your travel flight will incur a minimum of AUD 100.00 per person as cancellation fee levied by Skyhub Travel, consolidator fee of AUD 22 plus any cancellation fee imposed by the Airlines. Skyhub Travel cancellation fee/Consolidator fee may vary depending upon the airline, time & efforts spend in processing the refund application. Infant tickets are always non-refundable in all circumstances.

Refund turnaround time may take up to 6 to 8 weeks and some airlines may take more than 8 weeks. Skyhub Travel is not liable for any refund amount, if it has been delayed from Airline.

Domestic tickets and Tickets issued on Low Cost carriers are non-refundable and non-changeable.

If the cancellation is due to the schedule change/flight cancellation by Airline, then cancellation fee of AUD 50.00 per person/ticket is applicable plus any cancellation fee imposed by airline.

Conditions:

All arrangements are subject to the supplier’s (transport/accommodation/tour provider) regulations and conditions detailed on tickets, vouchers, travel brochures, at accommodation premises, on transport vehicles, or as advised at the time of booking.

Declaration:

If Skyhub Travel takes any action to enforce the Terms and Conditions, it will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all legal fees and expenses and any cost of litigation, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to which such parties may be entitled. I agree that the above dates and time are correct. My name is as it appears on the passport. I am aware of all fare rules and conditions. I must reconfirm my flights 72 hours prior to departure.
